Many STALLONE fans
know rOb from his great SLY site, SOUTHPAW which was the first
site dedicated to SYLVESTER STALLONE'S fitness regime . Fortunately for STALLONE fans,
when rOb has decided to retire SOUTHPAW, he agreed to come on
board here at the SZ!
rOb has created wallpapers, sent in news items and more... but
what fans continually asked rOb to do was bring to the SZ the
workout pictures and info that he had published at SOUTHPAW.
rOb felt that would be
backtracking... but demand and rOb's personal desire to improve
on his previous work has led to the creation of BODY BY STALLONE!
The BODY BY STALLONE section
contains photos, information about SLY's workouts, his diet,
and more! The design work
is beautiful. We are all
proud to have the BBS section here at the SZ. Once you've seen it, we'd appreciate your feedback
