Way back in October of 2011, we posted that a Connecticut screenwriter had sued Sly claiming “The Expendables” closely resembles a screenplay he wrote called “The Cordoba Caper.” I am happy to report that a judge has rejected the suit and has stated that a more formal ruling will be forthcoming.
