Sly<\/b>\u00a0will be featured in a new book titled\u00a0Men & Dogs: A Personal History From Bogart to Bowie<\/a><\/b><\/u><\/span>\u00a0by\u00a0Judith Watt<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Peter Dyer<\/b>. The book features photos and anecdotes from\u00a080<\/b>\u00a0of the world’s\u00a0“most famous and fascinating men”<\/b>\u00a0from all walks of life, past and present are included.\u00a0Sylvester Stallone<\/b>,\u00a0George Armstrong Custer<\/b>,\u00a0Muhammad Ali<\/b>,\u00a0Clint Eastwood<\/b>,\u00a0Clark Gable<\/b>,\u00a0Gregory Peck<\/b>,\u00a0Bob Hope<\/b>,\u00a0Ian Fleming<\/b>,\u00a0Truman Capote<\/b>, and\u00a0Paul McCartney<\/b>\u00a0are just a some of the men included.<\/p>\n

Here’s some of\u00a0Sly’s<\/b>\u00a0entry: – Sylvester Stallone<\/b>, cuddling with his briard (1994<\/b>): A nearly broke\u00a0Stallone\u00a0<\/b>was on the verge of giving away his longtime friend\u00a0Butkus<\/b>, a\u00a0bull mastiff<\/b>, when he sold the script for\u00a0“Rocky.” Butkus<\/b>\u00a0not only got to stay,\u00a0Sly<\/b>\u00a0even cast him in the movie. The actor continues to keep dogs, as does his mother, who claims that dogs “have clairvoyant powers. They predicted\u00a0George W. Bush’s<\/b>\u00a0election victories in\u00a02000<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a02004.<\/b>“<\/p>\n
