Today I received my limited edition<\/strong>, Rambo statue<\/strong> from the good folks at Hollywood Collectibles<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 The statue was placed inside a molded styrofoam shell which was then put in a well designed packaging box which was then placed in a larger shipping box filled with packing nuts.\u00a0 If you think I’m making too big a deal about how pleased I was with the secure packaging, then you don’t know my delivery guy.<\/p>\n

The statue, about 12 inches tall, is itself is a thing of beauty.\u00a0 Sculpter,\u00a0 Edinho Maga<\/strong><\/a> shows Rambo<\/strong> standing triumphant.\u00a0 Each statue was hand painted by Dan Cope<\/strong> who did a wonderful job of making the statue even more lifelike.\u00a0 Hollywood Collectibles<\/strong><\/a> always turns out quality items and this Rambo <\/strong>statue\u00a0 is no exception.\u00a0 Although this piece is sold out, there are other Rambo collectibles<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0 Rocky items<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0 and many other movie collectibles as well.<\/p>\n

Before I bring this post to a close I want to especially thank Mark<\/strong> from Hollywood Collectibles<\/strong>.\u00a0 Mark<\/strong> contacted me once I had posted photos of Edinho’s work<\/strong> on the StalloneZone<\/strong>.\u00a0 Mark<\/strong> was impressed.\u00a0 I put the two into contact with each other and the rest, as they say, is history.\u00a0 Throughout the whole process Mark<\/strong> kept me informed on the statue’s progress.\u00a0 It was also Mark<\/strong> who made it possible for SZoners<\/strong> to get a discount if they ordered a statue.\u00a0 Mark <\/strong>and Hollywood Collectibles<\/strong> have been great to deal with.\u00a0 I hope that future Stallone<\/strong> projects are given the same treatment.\u00a0 I could say more, but it’s time to go clear off a place on the mantle for my Rambo<\/strong> statue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
