Whenever my buddies and I are\u00a0talking movies<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0“dream casting”<\/b> —\u00a0 and I mention\u00a0Sly<\/b>\u00a0for a role, someone\u00a0ALWAYS<\/b>\u00a0makes the comment that I’d recommend\u00a0Stallone<\/b>\u00a0for\u00a0ANY<\/b>\u00a0role.<\/p>\n

Well, that’s just not true…<\/p>\n

… even though there are many roles that I think he could do [or have done well].<\/p>\n

Seems I’m not alone.<\/p>\n

When\u00a0Robert Rodriguez\u00a0<\/b>was asked
\nin\u00a0a recent interview<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>who he thought would make a good\u00a0Batman<\/b>\u00a0if\u00a0“The Dark Knight Returns”<\/b>\u00a0was
\never made into a movie he responded with…<\/p>\n

“I love\u00a0\u201cDark Knight Returns\u201d…<\/b>I think\u00a0Stallone<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Bruce Willis<\/b>\u00a0would make great\u00a0Dark Knights<\/b>\u00a0if they
\never did make\u00a0Frank<\/b>\u2019s version of the movie. It would take an\u00a0iconic actor<\/b>\u00a0like that to play such an\u00a0iconic character<\/b>.”<\/p>\n

Hey, if\u00a0Robert Rodriguez<\/b>\u00a0says that\u00a0Sly<\/b>\u00a0would make a great\u00a0Batman<\/b>, well, who am I to argue?<\/p>\n
