Here are four interesting Sly tidbits:<\/p>\n

1. In the September 10, 2001 issue of US Weekly,<\/strong> Sly is mentioned in Michael Lewittes<\/strong> “The Scene”<\/em> column: Sylvester Stallone<\/strong>, in an olive-green suit, chomping on a cigar and eating dinner with 15 Minutes<\/em><\/strong> writer-director John Herzfeld<\/strong> in the back of Elaine’s<\/strong> in New York.<\/p>\n

2. SylvesterStallone.com updated<\/strong> last week with three voice messages from the man himself. Sly<\/strong> talks about the possibility of Rocky 6<\/strong><\/em>, Rocky on Broadway<\/strong><\/em>, several tv series that he is developing (but not going to star in, plus Avenging Angelo, Dolan’s Cadillac<\/strong><\/em>, and more!<\/p>\n

AIN’T IT COOL NEWS<\/strong> posted a news item (written by SZ regular Andrew aka ABKing) about the update as well.<\/p>\n

3. On Tuesday, Dark Horizons posted<\/strong> information from a Q & A session with director Paul Anderson<\/strong>. Sly<\/strong> fans will be excited to hear that Anderson’s next project<\/strong> is “Death Race 3000”<\/strong><\/em> and that Anderson<\/strong> is confident that Tom Cruise<\/strong> will play the lead character and Anderson<\/strong> “mentioned that he wanted Sylvester Stallone<\/strong> to return and play the same role that he played in the original.”<\/p>\n

4. TV Today (a German magazine)<\/strong> recently ran piece on Celebrity Websites. We are proud to say that the Sylvester Stallone<\/strong> site that they chose to profile was Craig Zablo’s StalloneZone!<\/strong> That’s right, SZoners<\/strong>, we were recognized in Germany! Thanks to Lot Of Sly<\/strong> for giving us the heads-up on the article. I would also like to thank John Beatty, Ernest “Jazzman” Resendes<\/strong>, and Rob “rOb” deVera<\/strong> – the best non-paid staff anywhere.
