Last year, as <strong>Sly<\/strong> was prepping <strong>&#8220;Rocky Balboa<\/strong>,&#8221; <strong>Wepner<\/strong> filed suit against <strong>Sly<\/strong> and <strong>MGM<\/strong>. The case was settled out of court.<\/p>\n<p>So what did <strong>Wepner<\/strong> think of <strong>&#8220;Rocky Balboa&#8221;<\/strong>? \u201cI wasn\u2019t disappointed at all,\u201d <strong>Wepner<\/strong> is quoted as saying, \u201cThe first movie was a masterpiece.
