SLY PUMPS UP RESIDENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n

SYLVESTER STALLONE<\/strong> has completed a two-year expansion<\/strong> of the newly built Beverly Hills-area<\/strong> home he bought in December 1998<\/strong>, for about $10 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Just in time for the holidays, STALLONE<\/strong>, who starred in the fall remake of the movie “Get Carter<\/strong>,” put some finishing touches on the home that he shares with his wife, model JENNIFER FLAVIN<\/strong>, and their two children.<\/p>\n

Much of the work, including landscaping and improvements, is apparent even from a bird’s-eye view. The Italianstyle villa<\/strong>, on two-plus acres<\/strong>, was given an older, Tuscan<\/strong> look. The estate, behind bronze gates, also has a long driveway and grounds dotted with marble statues of lions, crocodiles and other creatures.<\/p>\n

A colorful outdoor play gym with swings and slides has been installed for the children, and the grounds have been completed with a pool, two cabanas, expansive lawns and many trees, amount them redwoods and pines.<\/p>\n

When STALLONE<\/strong> bought the house, it had five family bedrooms and two maid’s quarters in about 16,000 square fee<\/strong>t, adding a library, more bedrooms and garages. STALLONE<\/strong>, 54<\/strong>, is know to have a passion for building and architecture.<\/p>\n

STALLONE<\/strong> teams with BURT REYNOLDS<\/strong> in the sports action movie “Champs,”<\/strong>to be released in April<\/strong>, and he stars in the police thriller “D-Tox,”<\/strong> also due in the spring.<\/p>\n
