The web site had filed a<strong> $1 million copyright infringement            suit<\/strong> against <strong>Sly&#8217;s magazine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&#8220;There is a little difference between shoe fetish            and <strong>Mr. Sylvester Stallone<\/strong>,&#8221; <strong>Manhattan Judge Richard            Casey<\/strong> said while ruling in favor of <strong>Sly<\/strong> publishers <strong>American            Media<\/strong>.
