{"id":1957,"date":"2002-01-27T23:35:56","date_gmt":"2002-01-28T03:35:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stallonezone.com\/wordpress\/?p=1957"},"modified":"2009-11-29T23:44:15","modified_gmt":"2009-11-30T03:44:15","slug":"stallone-would-love-to-bring-back-rambo-and-rocky","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stallonezone.com\/wordpress\/2002\/01\/27\/stallone-would-love-to-bring-back-rambo-and-rocky\/","title":{"rendered":"Stallone would love to bring back &#8220;Rambo&#8221; and &#8220;Rocky'&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Thursday January 24 1:04 PM ET<br \/>\n<strong>Stallone would love to bring back &#8220;Rambo&#8221; and &#8220;Rocky'&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>LONDON<\/strong> (<strong>Reuters<\/strong>) <strong>Sylvester Stallone<\/strong> would love to bring <strong>Rocky<\/strong> and <strong>Rambo<\/strong> back to the silver screen &#8212; but at the age of<strong> 55<\/strong>, the<strong> Hollywood<\/strong> star fears his chances are slim.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s unlikely either my <strong>Rocky<\/strong> or my <strong>Rambo<\/strong> picture will get made,&#8221; he told <strong>Britain&#8217;s Mirror<\/strong> newspaper.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stallone<\/strong> confirmed he had approached<strong> Hollywood <\/strong>studios about reviving his military superhero<strong> Rambo<\/strong> and said: &#8220;What I did suggest was to have <strong>Rambo<\/strong> go into <strong>Afghanistan<\/strong> and rescue five girls.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It would have been too much to have <strong>Rambo<\/strong> go in and kill <strong>Osama bin Laden<\/strong>, I suppose. It would be an insult to every military guy.
