{"id":3054,"date":"2010-10-03T16:06:30","date_gmt":"2010-10-03T20:06:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stallonezone.com\/wordpress\/?p=3054"},"modified":"2010-10-03T16:06:30","modified_gmt":"2010-10-03T20:06:30","slug":"thanks-to-szoners","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stallonezone.com\/wordpress\/2010\/10\/03\/thanks-to-szoners\/","title":{"rendered":"Thanks to SZoners!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/stallonezone.com\/imgs\/news\/2010\/oct\/100310standees_paan.png?resize=475%2C357\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"357\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Back in <strong>February of 07<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/stallonezone.com\/wordpress\/?p=239\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>I posted a piece about a StalloneZoner from Thailand named Paan<\/strong><\/a> who had a very cool collection of <strong>custom-made<\/strong> Stallone mini-standees.\u00a0 You can imagine my surprise when yesterday I received a surprise package from <strong>Thailand <\/strong>containing a full set [plus a few more not seen above] of the <strong>Stallone mini-standees<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/stallonezone.com\/imgs\/news\/2010\/oct\/100310julie_auto.png?resize=475%2C316\" alt=\"\" width=\"475\" height=\"316\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the week I received another unexpected package.\u00a0 This time it was from <strong>Belgium<\/strong>.\u00a0 That meant that my buddy <strong>Alex<\/strong> [who has met more celebrities than most people have met people] had gifted me with a surprise.\u00a0 And what a surprise it was!\u00a0 <strong>Alex <\/strong>had sent me a<strong> personalized photo<\/strong> of<strong> Julie Bentz<\/strong> from <em><strong>Rambo<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>I am always humbled when I hear from fans who appreciate the<strong> StalloneZone<\/strong>.\u00a0 I love it when I hear of friendships that have formed between folks who would have otherwise never met, but did because of the <strong>SZ<\/strong>.\u00a0 It&#8217;s cool to hear from fans who have met<strong> Sly <\/strong>or <strong>Frank<\/strong> because of something posted on the <strong>StalloneZone<\/strong>.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve always said <strong>Stallone<\/strong> fans are the best.\u00a0 And I only say that because it&#8217;s true.\u00a0 Thanks to all of you for making the <strong>StalloneZone<\/strong> the <strong>#1 Stallone Fan Site in the World<\/strong>.\u00a0 And a special thanks to <strong>Paan<\/strong> and <strong>Alex<\/strong> for the surprise gifts!
