Otis Frampton’s art<\/strong><\/a> is no stranger to the StalloneZone<\/strong>.\u00a0 I’ve told you about Otis’ 7-7-7 Sundays<\/strong> before.\u00a0 I’ve been fortunate enough to get three previous sketches from Otis<\/strong> — Rambo, Jack Carter<\/strong> and Cosmo Carboni<\/strong>.\u00a0 You can see them here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

I finally got to meet Otis<\/strong> in person at Heroes Con<\/strong> last year.\u00a0 When Otis<\/strong> attends conventions he has sketchbooks that he sells for a buck each.\u00a0 Yep, one buck.\u00a0 And to make the deal even more enticing, Otis<\/strong> includes a free headsketch.\u00a0 For mine he did Freddy<\/strong> from Cop Land<\/strong>.\u00a0 I would have gladly paid a buck a piece to have Otis<\/strong> draw Sly<\/strong> from every movie he’s done, but the idea is to get new fans to give Otis’<\/strong> work a look.\u00a0 So instead, whenever I ran into a friend who’d never heard of Otis<\/strong> I’d slap a buck down and buy ’em a copy of the sketchbook with a free headsketch.\u00a0 Luckily none of them requested Sly<\/strong>, or I might have had to keep the copy for myself.\u00a0 ; )<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
