On April 2, 2013<\/strong>, TMZ broke the story<\/strong><\/span><\/a> that a contractor<\/strong> that Sly<\/strong> is suing<\/strong> for $1.4 million<\/strong> has gotten a restraining order<\/strong> against Sly<\/strong>.\u00a0 The contractor<\/strong> is making allegations<\/strong> that Sly<\/strong> threatened to kill him as well as other things to put Sly<\/strong> in a bad light.<\/p>\n

Seeing as how the contractor<\/strong> made the allegations just as Sly’s suit<\/strong> against him is getting ready to start, and that…<\/p>\n

Sly’s lawyer,\u00a0Marty Singer<\/strong>, says the actor was never notified of a hearing for a restraining order, adding Sly’s trial is about to begin and this is just a desperate attempt to smear him.\u00a0 Singer says he took Hadid’s deposition last week and asked about all the conversations he had with Sly — and no threats were ever mentioned…<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I’d say that the contractor doesn’t have a good foundation… in his construction work or his claims against Sly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
