On November 15, 2013<\/strong>, Sly<\/strong> was out with some friends and as usual was dogged by paparazzi<\/strong>. \u00a0Sly<\/strong> is used to their behavior and as regular readers know, Sly<\/strong>\u00a0interacts positively with them despite the annoyance that they can cause. \u00a0As Sly<\/strong> was walking down the street and speaking to friends he made a comment about them or one of them.<\/p>\n

It’s hard to tell from the audio what exactly was said, but TMZ<\/strong> made a post that Sly<\/strong> had “hurled” the “N-word” at them. \u00a0First of all, if it is hard to tell what was said, does it make sense to say that he “hurled” anything at anyone? \u00a0Next, isn’t it safe to assume that had he said the “N-word” there would have been a major commotion?<\/p>\n

At the time Sly<\/strong> wasn’t even aware that he was being accused of using the “N-word” or you can be sure, knowing Stallone<\/strong>, that he would have stopped and addressed it immediately. \u00a0Despite reporters speaking to others who were there and who have denied Stallone’s<\/strong> use of the word, and a professional audio engineer who analyzed the recording and confirmed that Stallone<\/strong> didn’t use the “N-word” the story took on a life of its own.<\/p>\n
