He introduced himself to me and said that he visited the <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">SZ<\/span> regularly and had created a drawing of <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Sly<\/span> as <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Machine Gun Joe<\/span> from<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> &#8220;Death Race 2000&#8221;<\/span> that he wanted to send to me.  We talked for a few minutes and I gave <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eric<\/span> my address and that was the last I heard from him until earlier this week.<\/span><\/span>  <span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eric<\/span> wrote to say that he returned home to find the drawing had accidentally thrown out so he went back to the drawing board to create <a href=\"http:\/\/stallonezone.com\/imgs\/news\/2007\/August\/081807newsome_bw.jpg\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">THIS<\/span><\/a> as well as the computer colored piece above.  <\/span><\/span>  <span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Well, come to find out, <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eric<\/span> not only creates art, but collects it as well.  <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eric<\/span> runs the very cool <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vicsage.com\/index.php\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The Question website<\/span><\/a> which features drawings and a whole lot more about, you guessed it, The Question.  <\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Thanks to <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Eric<\/span> for sharing his talents with us! &#8211; <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Craig<\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family:arial;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I met Eric Newsom at this year&#8217;s Heroes Con.
