PROJECT<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Rocky VI<\/b>: The\u00a0Italian Stallion<\/b>\u00a0returns to the ring.<\/p>\n

HISTORY<\/span><\/b>\u00a0In 1999,\u00a0Sylvester Stallone<\/b>\u00a0finished the script. [Rocky<\/b>\u00a0gets back in the ring for charity.] Recently he did a major revise, but\u00a0MGM<\/b>\u00a0reportedly vetoed it.\u00a0Stallone<\/b>\u00a0is said to be planning to sue the studio to regain the rights. [His reps would not comment.]<\/p>\n

STATUS<\/b><\/span>\u00a0That’s all news to\u00a0MGM<\/b>. “It’s a project that has been discussed, but I don’t know if it’s going to happen or not,” says a studio spokesperson. “And we have no formal knowledge of a lawsuit.”<\/p>\n

PROGNOSIS<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Whether or not he gets back on his feet, do fans really want to see a 57-year-old actor in shiny shorts?<\/p>\n
