1: How tall is Sylvester Stallone?

Sly has been listed as 5' 7" to 5' 10½" depending on the source. We imagine that he is somewhere in that range.

2: I have a "project" that would be perfect for Mr. Stallone. Can you get the information to him?

Quite often we get e-mails requesting that we forward movie scripts, business opportunities, and other things to Mr. Stallone. We are told that the "projects" are perfect for Sly and that he will thank us for alerting him to the "opportunity." As stated on the front page of the STALLONEZONE, we have NO connection to Mr. Stallone. [Even if we did have a connection, we wouldn't pass along these types of "opportunities." Mr. Stallone has business managers and agents whose job is to field these types of requests. And quite frankly, I'd be suspicious of any deal that was sent to me through a fan page...wouldn't you?]

4: What is your favorite Sylvester Stallone film?

My favorite Sylvester Stallone film is the original "Rocky." No other film before or since has had the same impact on me. After "Rocky," other Stallone films that are top favorites include: "Get Carter," "Cop Land," "Rocky III," "Rambo: First Blood," and "Nighthwaks."

5: What is your least favorite Sylvester Stallone film?

"Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot!"

6: Can you tell me where to purchase . . . ?

Over the years we've been asked to steer people to different Stallone- related books, soundtracks, videos, dvds... well, you get the picture. There are many excellent places on the net that offer these products. In the past we've simply said to check around and use good judgment when ordering.

After using several different companies, we can recommend "Amazon.com" as being a solid, reputable and fast source for almost all of your interests. 7: How long have you been a Sylvester Stallone fan?

I have been a Sylvester Stallone fan since I first saw him in the "LORDS OF FLATBUSH" at a drive-in theater [anyone else remember those?]. At the time, Henry Winkler ["the Fonz"] was a big TV star, and after the movie, I said that I would have thought that Sylvester Stallone would have been the "break-out" star from the movie.

A few months later I was in a theater watching a movie called "Capone" and who appears in a supporting role? Yep, Sylvester Stallone! I kept my eye out for him and a few years later "Rocky" hit the big screen. I was a senior in high school and man, did that movie have an impact! People knew how much I loved it and friends began to give me articles and pictures... I also began keeping the one's that I came across. Soon I had a collection that continues to grow to this day.

8: Why did the STALLONEZONE get started?

Starting the STALLONEZONE was a natural extension once I began to surf the net! My goal was to present the most up-to-date news and photos along with items of interest from my collection. I had hoped to find a few dozen Stallone fans that would enjoy my efforts. The STALLONEZONE has succeeded far beyond my initial hopes!
 

9: Can you send me...?

We get a lot of mail at the SZ. We make an effort to answer every one! Occasionally we get requests for us to send specific pictures or information to indiviuals as we get them. Unfortunately this is not possible.
