According to Zap2It.com, SLY STALLONE is purchasing a $16 million estate in Beverly Hills next to a large home he already owns. The 15,000 square foot gated home was built in 1997 on a little over two-acre lot. It has four bedrooms, a gym, a screening room, a billiard room, a two-story reading room, an indoor pool with skylights, a 100-foot-long outdoor pool, a tennis court and a 10-foot-long aquarium.
