Zap2it.com via the Los Angeles Times reported today that Sylvester Stallone has paid $16 million to purchase the new Beverly Hills home next to the estate he already owns. Sly plans to use it as a guest house and his artist studio.
The home is 15,000 square feet on a little over 2 acres. It features four bedrooms including a master suite with two bathrooms, a gym, a screening room, a billiard room, a two-story reading room, an indoor pool with skylights, a 100-foot-long outdoor pool, a tennis court and a 10-foot-long aquarium.
