  9. Sly, you are the greatest. Great picture. I hope Rocky doesn’t die in the 6th one because in the 5th, he was told he could never fight agagin, even though he did.

  11. I talked to my boss last week about another upcoming Rocky movie. He asked if it was Rocky’s son who was going to fight. I said no, of course, it’ll be Rocky himself. He laughed. He said: “And how the hell are they going to make it credible? Stallone must be at least 50!”. I answered: “He’s actually 60, and according to what I know of the story, it’s going to be absolutely great!”. He kept telling me how stupid this idea was, a 60 year old boxer against a 25 year old.

    To make him change his mind, I told him about the computer fight, about the script I read, the Foreman story, the fact that Stallone didn’t like the way the 5th movie turned out, I also talked to him about the movie trailer, the Las Vegas shoot, the different possible endings, the blog, the whole Rocky buzz.

    He said: “Stop that! Even though it still sounds stupid to me, I don’t wanna know too much about it. I’m definitely going to see this one, and I don’t want you to spoil it.”

    My point is that I think a lot of people are in the same situation. Just the idea of a 6th Rocky movie makes them laugh. However, they are all going to see it in theaters! Either by curiosity or because they love the Rocky story. Because we’ve seen Rocky movies for so long on TV (I think I’ve seen every movie 10 times!), just the idea of a new Rocky movie that I haven’t seen yet is giving me goose bumps.

    I really think this movie will make a lot of money! And it sure looks like a great movie from what I can see in the trailer and in the pics. Totally awesome! Go Rocko!!

  14. i have been waiing for this sicne i discoverd rocky way back in 1998 with the ultimate edition box set for crimbo and now im old enough i can finally see rocky in the cinema where i should of and ima regular movie goer this looks like the biggest movie of this year previously i thought it was potc 2 but this looks brilliant well done sly you done it again now we must wait for the realese 🙁

I Hope that they have more flashs backs of Mick, he just brings me to tears as does this movie. I Love Ya Rock!!! His Lungs He’s Gonna Punch Out , The Lousy BUM!!! Thank you Sly For this movie. These movies are truely a tribute to anyone with HEART. I am inspired every time I watch these movies and I have watched them over and over and will continue to.   38. I’m 33 and growing up as a child ROCKY has always had an influence in my life. Watching every movie that sly has made I have and I treat them as grammy’s.
