    We are going to remember this torturous build up to opening day as one of the best parts of the Rocky Balboa experience.

  13. Considering that this is the definitive resolution to the series, it should offer a curtain call with all of the characters from the five films.

    While it’s great to see Duke, we should also see his past opponents, Father Carmine, George Washington Duke, even if only briefly.

    I get the sense that this won’t happen, but it would be great to get their reaction to Rocky returning to the ring after such a long absence.

  24. Tony Burton has ALWAYS been the key to belivablity and reality in the ROCKY series.

    There were a few moments i had chills because of Sly speaking, directing, and in action. One vibe i’ll never forget, is Tony in “Duke” mode, screaming ringside at ROCKY. I THINK that he’s going to have more to do with this installment, than in the entire series. And i KNOW that if he WAS NOT in this installment, i would be 50% less interested. THANX SLY 4 BRINGING HIM BACK. If they use the takes i seen on the set, Mr. Burton is going to surprise alot of people. Just LOOK AT HIM in the AWESOME trailer. “BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA”.-=christopher

  43. Une très belle image que voilà. Le retour de Tony Duke! Ca nous manquait vraiment. Comme l’a dit Charlotte, c’était dommage de le voir que furtivement dans Rocky V. Surtout pour un personnage qui a pris de l’importance au fil des épisodes. Bref, l’Europe s’impatiente!

  44. I’m not quite sure about this film. the first 3 were the best, the second one was the best of the best.

    with 4 and 5, i think they stretched it.

    it’s pretty crazy though, did you know that in rocky V, rocky was sapposed to die in the streetfight?
    sylvester did a last-minute changed to the storyline because he didnt want the cult fellowship to die.

    o tell you the truth rocky balboa should stick to training other boxers.

  47. I’ve been watching the Rocky movies for years. I honestly don’t think I would have been an all american football player and had much of my success if I had not tried to mirror my mental and physical toughness after Rocky. He’s a true inspiration and role model as well!!!!!!! One more round!!
