SZoners, Here’s an important message from Reegs about the Rambo Bridge Sculpture Auction with all proceeds going to charity. Take it away, Reegs…
“Guys as some of you may know, the First Blood Bridge sculpture that I was kindly given by Inge Wilson, Brian McKinney and Riley Forman of Hope BC will be auctioned off on eBay starting midnight Nov 30th and will run through until Christmas Eve!
I have also donated a yellow First Blood Rambo bridge sign and RAM30 baseball cap which were only available at the 30th, to help promote the sale, which is for a very worthy cause, which is for the Fraser Canyon Hospice. All the proceeds will go to Camp Skylark which helps young children come to terms with losing a parent through death.
Here is a promotional video that I compiled and my friend Jerome who is also a fellow zoner edited and made it just so poignant to the cause. I couldn’t have done this without Jerome’s hard work and skills.
So PLEASE bid generously! Here’s the link to the auction.

Sly recently spoke about dealing with the grief of Sage’s passing…

Sly and the family Stallone were recently in Paris for the Debutante Ball. Sophia and Sly kicked off the event by leading everyone in the first dance.

Doug Dabbs makes his first, but not last, appearance in our Stallonezone Gallery. I first met Doug in 2011 at Heroes Con. I was heading out from the show and saw his art. If there had been time, I’d have got a sketch on the spot.
I told Doug I would get a piece from him in 2012 and I did. Two in fact. This piece is Doug’s take on Sly as an older, but still tough, Jack Carter. He also did an equally cool riff on Barney Ross from The Expendables. I’ll post it soon. – Craig
Hey SZoners! The holidays are quickly approaching and I wanted to remind everyone that Rocky sculptures are still available through A. Thomas Schomberg studios. These statues were created by Mr. Schomberg [who created the original Rocky sculpture seen in the Rocky movies] in collaboration with Sylvester Stallone and MGM studios.
The Schombergs are running their Holiday Special once again! They are slowly but surely selling out of the 20″ ROCKY Bronze Plated Sculptures and want to offer collectors a chance to purchase one of the selected few ROCKYs that will be personally signed by Tom. They will run this offer now, through the Holidays into mid January. The price will be $395 and shipping will be free within the USA.
I was fortunate to get to interview Mr. Schomberg for the StalloneZone a couple of years ago. For those who may have missed it, here’s my interview with Mr. Schomberg. [part two of the interview is here] for the SZ.
Remember, if you purchases a statue, I’d love to post a picture of you with it on the StalloneZone! – Craig
