The trailer should premiere on Access Hollywood tonight or tomorrow and then with “Casino Royale” which opens on Friday [11/17]. We are also adding trivia, polls and a soundboard to the official site so keep a look out for that.

Craig Zablo: Have you ever regretted passing on a role in a movie?

SYLVESTER STALLONE: Sure, oh my God, there are so many things… like, “Witness” and “Romancing The Stone.” I think at one time I was mentioned for “Coming Home.” I don’t know if that’s true but, you know, when you’re at your peak you’re offered so much. And quite often you don’t do it and it’s a big mistake.

  9. Details of the new trailer the wait of the film left a bigger anxiety. The scene of the conjunct of Rocky in ringue, Mason Dixon arguing on the talent of Rocky in the collective one of the press, the dialógos of Rocky with its son and Dixon defying Balboa. It was very good, although for being seemed the first one. “CUT ME, “MICK”” “It ain’t to over, ’till it’s to over”! Edmundo, a super fan of Brazil!

  11. The rap music actually works well with the movie. Its so strange to see a Rocky movie in real time. I’m going to see Casino Royale tomorrow night mainly to see the Rocky trailer on the big screen.

  13. awesome trailer I think Ive watched it about 10 times now and prolly will everyday until the 22nd…I personaly think that the music in the rocky movies are what makes alot of the movies. it gets you ready for certain situations in the movie and certain sences. I think other than rocky 5 the music was great. my favorite was 4. I cant wait until the 22nd it cant come soon enough..

    I saw the trailer in the movie theater. I was jumping out of my seat, and freaking out. I can’t wait to see it, everyone you have to see the trailer on the big screen its unreal!!!!!
    Casino Royale was awesome also, so it would be well worth it to see that along with the trailer for Rocky! I’m guessing the tv spots will start tonight or tomorrow. For sure in the next week, i’m so excited!!!!!

  21. I do belive the UK-realese is January 19th, someone said that. The movie opens up in sweden on that day so… Biggest problem is to stay away from the fact how the entire thing ends.

Non attendere l’uscita del film doppiato, il doppiaggio uccide i film (specialmente se in italiano considerata la qualita’ infima dei doppiaggi degli ultimi anni). Ciao e forza Rocky!

  26. I like the concept of Rambo IV being an homage to classic action rather than making it in the mode of contemporary CGI contrivances. I was apprehensive that it was going to be Rambo playing host to a bunch of actors from the WB to establish a mercenary army. I’m glad it’s going back to basics.

    I hear no mention of Too Notorious even though IMDB has it in pre-production along with Rambo IV. Is that project now abandoned alltogether?

  31. I’m watching Rocky Balboa TONIGHT!!! at a BAFTA private screening. they do these things before films are out on general release, especially more so throughout awards season, which we are in now. Cannot Wait!!! just 6 Hours to Go!!!

  34. I saw the new trailer at Casino Royale. I really couldn’t tell much of a difference from the first one, only a couple of different shots and some new music added. Either way, exciting to see.

  35. just got back from the screening of rocky balboa – F-ing amazing, stallone back to his best, almost made me cry twice! i cant wait to see it again on general release on opening night with a packed house! a great way to end the series… what rocky 5 shouldve been but wasnt!

  45. sly, i saw you once in Grand central Station- youve been an inspiration to me scince I was a kid working out in brooklyn,The movie Rocky was more to me about a struggling boxer but I always related to him- you know going for it, the real goal being proving to myself that I could DO IT!!!- Ive boxed and did Pro wrestling, I just want to tell you that YOU have picked me up at my lowest and brang me self esteam when I needed it most- I dont know if youll ever read this but thanks Sly.

  46. as a sexually abused child in the 70s you gave me the will to fight my brothers that abused me for years. Although I ended up in prison for hurting someone else,I watched the Rocky 3 movie in prison and that movie helped me to work harder on myself within treatment and to live a healthier and victim free life. You admit out loud that you was afraid, for the first time in your life you was afraid. I thank you for that because I TOO WAS AFRAID! I had to admit that to myself first, than to others. To any men or women that are secretly hurting children.Stop!! and admit that the secrets that you hold will slowly kill you and everyone around you.It’s ok to be afraid-It’s not ok to allow the secret to continue to hurt and destroy innocent children.   48. I once said “Everything I ever needed to know, I learned from Rocky.” As a kid, I learned to believe in myself when noone else did. I learned to win when I wasn’t supposed to win and to keep winning time after time by outworking and outtraining everyone else until everyone just expected me to always win – athletically and academically. Through it all, there was Rocky – in my mind, on the stereo, the sound of Mic telling me to go one more round. Sometimes, I’d even watch Rocky II before a competition or exam – just to put me in the right mindset. I learned the power of a love strong enough to inspire nearly superhuman achievements – I understood “Win Rocky Win” first hand. I also experienced the incredibly crushing pain of losing the person I loved most and seemingly everything else that mattered to me. I asked myself if there was any point in continuing. But, through it all, there was Rocky. I saw the trailer yesterday. Two points spoke to me: 1) “It is not about how hard you can hit – it is about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward” 2) “It isn’t about the winning – it is about the doing” – I will keep moving forward. I will keep doing. I feel that given what Sly did for all of use in writing Rocky, the least I can do is get up one more round. If you are doing the right thing what is there to fear? Thank you Sly.
