Remember that Pudding Lawsuit?

Remember that whole Stallone-Instone-Pudding lawsuit that’s been dragging on for years?  Don’t feel bad, not many folks do.  According to this report

  • …less than two weeks after a state appeals court panel reversed the $4.9 million award given to Brescia (when his scientist and marketing cohorts were found jointly liable during a 2008 jury trial), the plaintiff’s attorney told a judge on Friday that the case may soon settle to avoid another trial.

  • Sylvester Stallone and his wife were seen makin’ groceries at Whole Foods on Magazine this week. Stallone is starring in the action film The Tomb alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jim Caviezel, Vincent D’Onofrio and 50 Cent. The movie revolves around Stallone trying to break out of a maximum security prison that he designed himself. We hope this investment in the city proves more profitable than Stallone and Schwarzenegger opening Planet Hollywood on Decatur Street back in 1994.
