I am saddened to report that Sly’s half-sister, Toni-Ann Filiti passed away at the age of 48 on August 26th.  The cause of death was attributed to cancer.  Our thoughts and prayers went out to the Stallone family. – Craig

On August 21, 2012, CinemaNerdz posted Ten Actors Who Should be in Expendables 3. 

  • Steven Seagal: Ok, bring him in as a bad guy or a pompus CIA agent.
  • Kurt Russell: Absolutely.  Call him “Snake” and have him do his best Eastwood.  ; )
  • Carl Weathers: A no-brainer.  Think of the interplay between Sly and Weathers and Arnold and Weathers.
  • Chow Yun-Fat: Sure.
  • Nicholas Cage: Only if he gets in shape and wears his Con Air extensions.
  • Michael Biehn: Yes!  Have him play a bad guy who happens to be an enemy of Arnold.
  • Brigette Nielsen: Nope.
  • Christopher Lambert: Ok.
  • Peter Weller: Ok.
  • Jesse Ventura: Absolutely!  He’s got to be a buddy of Arnold.
  • Wesley Snipes and Lou Diamond Phillips: Yes for Wesley and ok for Lou Diamond Phillips.
