According to a January 23, 2013 post at Female First, Arnold Schwarzenegger And Sylvester Stallone Had Matching Leg Injuries on Film Set. Apparently, both Sly and Arnold required cortisone shots when they pulled their calf muscles in different incidents.

The news broke this week that Sly had been paying his half-sister, Toni-Ann Filiti, through a trust fund set up to cover living and medical expenses. The trust was set up years ago after Ms. Filiti asserted claims for personal injury caused by Sly. Although Sly ‘vigorously denied and continues to deny and dispute all claims of wrongdoing,’ he was advised by his attorneys that it would be better to pay her than risk scandal.
Despite Miss Filiti’s allegations, she remained on good terms with Sly. She would sometimes come to his movie premieres and Sly even helped her son Edd get a role in Cop Land. There are reports that Miss Filiti had personal problems through the course of her life. She died last year from lung cancer.
