Doug Dabbs is back! I first met Doug in 2011 at Heroes Con. I was heading out from the show and saw his art. If there had been time, I’d have got a sketch on the spot.
I told Doug I would get a piece from him in 2012 and I did. Two in fact. This piece is Doug’s riff on Barney Ross from The Expendables. Since it is one of my favorite sketches from 2012, I thought it would be fitting to go out with a bang! – Craig

On December 19, 2012, NBC News ran the photo above of Sly and Mike Tyson with a piece titled,Human Hands Evolved for Fighting.

On December 17, 2012, The New York Post ran a piece titled, Stallone, Schwarzenegger and More Anti-Gun Celebrities.
They went back to 1999 to get this quote from Sly:
Rambo himself is anti-gun. In response to the shooting of Phil Hartman in 1999, Sylvester Stallone told Access Hollywood, “Until America, door to door, takes every handgun, this is what you’re gonna have. It’s pathetic. It really is pathetic. It’s sad. We’re living in the Dark Ages over there.”
Jackie Chan announced that he is ready for a role in Expendables 3 and the story caught fire. – Craig

Jon Bernthal best known as Shane on AMC’s The Walking Dead has signed to appear with Sly and Robert DeNiro in Grudge Match. Bernthal will play DeNiro’s son who has mixed feelings about training his dad for the fight.. – Craig
