“The Tomb” – New Name & Release Date

The Tomb starring Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger has a new name and release date.  The Tomb is now The Escape Plan and it will break loose on September 13, 2013. 

I like the name change.  The Tomb sounded like a horror movie.  – Craig

Sly Sues & Contractor Asks for Restraint

On April 2, 2013, TMZ broke the story that a contractor that Sly is suing for $1.4 million has gotten a restraining order against Sly.  The contractor is making allegations that Sly threatened to kill him as well as other things to put Sly in a bad light.

Seeing as how the contractor made the allegations just as Sly’s suit against him is getting ready to start, and that…

Sly’s lawyer, Marty Singer, says the actor was never notified of a hearing for a restraining order, adding Sly’s trial is about to begin and this is just a desperate attempt to smear him.  Singer says he took Hadid’s deposition last week and asked about all the conversations he had with Sly — and no threats were ever mentioned…

I’d say that the contractor doesn’t have a good foundation… in his construction work or his claims against Sly.
