Sly Stallone and former heavyweight contender Chuck Wepner have reached a settlement in Wepner’s suit against Stallone for using Wepner as inspiration for ‘Rocky’. Lawyers for Wepner and Stallone
filed in U.S. District Court that the 2003 lawsuit was settled for undisclosed terms.– Craig

Remember when I told you about the big surprise birthday bash that Jennifer threw for Sly to celebrate his 60th birthday? [Which isn’t until July 6th!]

Anyway, the party was held at the soon to open Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and included guests such as Planet Hollywood founders Bruce Willis and California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger along with John TravoltaJames CaanTom Jones, and many others.

A buddy of mine, Scott Blacksher, was kind enough to surprise gift me with a limited edition poker chip from Sly‘s birthday celebration! How cool is that? – Craig
